Customers must visit a DMV service center within 14 business days of successfully completing their DMV Driver Knowledge Test to receive their learner permit or driver's license.
After you receive a passing score, you must visit a DC DMV Service Center within 14 business days. Failure to comply with the 14 business day requirement will result in the test results not being honored and re-testing will be required.
